"If It Doesn't Challenge You, It Doesn't Change You!"
Healthy Brownie recipe
1. 1 banana
2. 2 cups oats
3. 1/3 cup maple syrup
4. 2 eggs
5. 1/4 cup avocado oil
6. 1/4 cup water
7. 1/4 cup cacao powder
8. 1 tsp baking soda
9. 1 tsp hemp seeds
10. Mini chocolate chips to sprinkle on top if desired
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend up until smooth. Pour in an 8x8 greased
baking pan, sprinkle chocolate chips if desired and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
***Note: you can blend up the oats by themselves in a food processor to get them to a
flour like consistency if you like. Then add to the other ingredients to blend.
